3.5mm ports are TRRS standard, designed for connecting two headphones or speakers to one computer. NOT support TS, TRS mic (TRRS plug has 3 black rings, TRS plug has 2 black rings), NOT work with the dual-plug headsets.
Not compatible with Apple standard headphones.
The USB interface of some devices does not carry an audio signal. So this USB audio adapter does NOT compatible with PS3, Xbox One, TV, amplifier, CD player, Switch Dock, car, or truck.
Configuration Instructions
Windows - Step1 : Right-click on the sound icon in the taskbar;
Windows - Step2 ：Step2: Select Playback or Recording devices;
Windows - Step3 ：Step3: Adjust the volume on the computer and in the application.
Windows - Test ：Test: Mic ok; the left and right channel ok.
IOS - Setting ：Go to System Preferences > Sound > C-Media USB Headset > Output or Input > Volume
